Having issues?
Quick fixes for the most common problems.
Check your internet speed — 4K needs a fast, stable connection. Switch the stream to FHD/HD on slower networks, use an Ethernet cable if possible, or restart your router.
Re-check your Server URL, Username and Password for typos — they're case-sensitive. Remove any extra spaces and enter them again carefully.
Close and reopen the app. If it persists, restart your device, then open the app again. Clearing the app cache also helps on Android and Fire TV.
Re-send your Device ID / MAC + Key screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll re-activate it right away. Make sure the app is restarted after activation.
